Shipping Policy

We ship Worldwide through our delivery partners Fedex - UPS - DHL

We cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods as much of it comes down to factors outside of our control (e.g. longer customs clearance times, full carrier aircraft). However, in normal circumstances, we have the following delivery times: 4 to 8 business days after the parcel is shipped out. It needs 2-4 business days for a parcel to be shipped out. For our watch winders, a 2-4 business days delay should be added.

Our products are manufactured in Switzerland and then dispatched to our 3 warehouses. The parcels can be shipped out from our warehouse in Switzerland or HongKong/Shenzhen depending on the stock available and your location. We remain available at any time if there is a delay.  
 

Returns & Cancellation Policy

14 days warranty. During this warranty period, return shipping costs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. All sales are final on sale products.
