Thought I should let people know that their products and customer service are fantastic. Have purchased a watch winder (inaudible from 2 feet away) and a couple of watch rolls. All are well made and do the job perfectly.
It’s good to find products and service of this quality.

Beautiful product

First and foremost, this is a high-quality product. It operates absolutely silently, and all gestures are extremely smooth. Because of the noise, I had my previous winder in my closet; I can keep this one right next to the bed and not hear it at all! Every detail, from the packaging to the shipping, is first-rate! I’ve owned many watch winders over the years, but this is by far the most impressive.

I inquired about an item that I loved. Unfortunately, it was sold out. I received an email 5 days later letting me know the item had been restocked and I could place the order if I still wanted it. I received the watch stand 7 days later. It is customer service like this that makes a company great. Thank you!

Work of art

Piguet & Son exceeded my expectations. The photos were stunning and I wondered how close the real watch winder would be.. I was even more impressed when it arrived! Immaculately executed and a work of art. Shipping was very fast and customer service was quick and made the ordering process very easy.

Limited edition

My first purchase and it was of a limited edition. Was blown away once I received the watch winder! The ordering process was intuitive and delivery was very fast. The watch winder looks even better than I had anticipated. Will be keeping my eye on more releases from piguet and son.

Excellent craftsmanship

This is a lovely watch winder. Unbelievably silent. It’s a perfect match for my Cartier Roadster and Rolex Datejust. Excellent craftsmanship. Only time will tell. Definitely worth the money spent on this amazing product!

Worth the money

My two watch rolls just arrived - thank you for such prompt delivery, especially in these crazy times. I regularly travel with several watches and have tried many solutions - fine timepieces deserve good homes after all- up until now I have been unable to find a high quality leather yet understated solution that worked for me, and after many failed zips etc and failure to work for both bracelets and leather bands, as well as speedy load/unload - details are also important to me - I am really glad to have been able to source these two rolls from you.
